Hilton Head Segway Cancellation Policy
- Because we decline other guests who may have wanted your tour, we must have at least a 72 hour notice to cancel to give other guests the opportunity to book.

- There is no refund if canceled within 72 hours of the tour activity time.

- If you provide 72 hours notice or more, a 100% refund is provided.

- Cancellation must be by phone at 843-800-6004

- Email cancellations will not be processed.

- Individual guests who can't pass the training will be given a 100% refund.

- There is no refund for other guests who choose not to participate because one or more guests cannot participate.

- If you have booked a tour and have a medical, handicap or weight issue that might affect your ability to ride, please call 843-800-6004 to discuss the condition.

- Guests who arrive and cannot meet the requirements forfeit their tour activity. So, please call!

- There is no refund for any reason after the activity has started.

- If, for example, you go through training, are on the activity, and then decide it's not something you want to continue, we cannot reroute the tour for you to terminate early, so no refund is provided.

- Weather:
- Your activity will proceed even in light rain. This is the beach! Ponchos provided.

- If there is a torrential rain or thunderstorm, the ride will be rescheduled.

- For those who cannot reschedule a 100% refund is provided.

- Weather on the island is intermittent, so it may not be raining at your location.

- The tours are canceled by management only, not by guests.

- Please do not assume your activity is canceled.
